Dancise is a Dance Fitness program which incorporates various body weight exercises with a lot of dancing!

Easy to follow dance steps inspired by many rhythms (R&B, Pop etc). Based on High Intensity Interval Training principles, as well as the usage of other training systems to provide high calorific burning, muscle toning and metabolism boost (even from a single class)!
We provide online workouts, live classes & instructor training for those who want to become Dancise instructors.
